getting smaller and more complex. arenafemina assumes responsibility
for their actions and take this for granted.
Independence
To keep independence and to express our high ethical demand, our
employees will neither accept, claim or have themselves promised any
monetary allowances, gifts (except odds and ends) nor other advantages
or favours from persons they are contacting on a job-related basis.
Exceptions are permitted only in special cases and they have to be
allowed in advance.
Respect
arenafemina feels obliged to treat every human being with dignity and
respect, regardless her/his origin and the circumstances she/he is
living in. arenafemina aims to know and understand others’ ideas,
beliefs and concerns.
Law-Abidance
For arenafemina it is a matter of course to respect and follow the law and official directives and rules which are applicable in the respective jurisdiction. If employees break the law and/or disobey official directives and if there is a connection to the employment contract, arenafemina might take disciplinary measures irrespective of following official legal steps. arenafemina attends to the vocational responsibility that is incumbent on them within and beyond their business activities with the best possible professionality and integrity. That does not only mean to respect the rights of others, but also to professionally and privately avoid anything that could harm other employees. As the behaviour of an employee always reflects on arenafemina, it is therefore a special requirement to avoid disadvantageous behaviour within and beyond business activities.

arenafemina deals with facilities, as well as with other values, in a careful manner and they only use them for their intended purpose. Thus, arenafemina guarantees for a target oriented, efficient and cost-conscious use.
